EA, DICE you need to BAN this NOW (Portal xp exploiters)
This global quota problem has been around for a while. found the responsible: One server for only one player is a gross allocations of valuable resources. especially when people try to host a server because the current upraise of new and returning players. please, keep it clean! (although that screenshot is only from South America, you can bet your bum that is the same everywhere) *edit: its the same everywhere

Did they not expect more people to try and start portal games with the new pass? Spent most of today not able to start up a portal game due to this message. Would have to just mash A to try and start it until I finally got it made. I wonder if they are going to bring up more servers to handle the new player count and people trying to start portal games.
forced play BF2042
i am fairly disappointed in the BF franchise for making BF fans play what is probably the worse release in the franchise in order to get rewards when BF6 gets released. I have always been a big fan of the other games also very impressed with what I've seen of the BF6 beta. However, even though i own BF2042 , I will not spoil my impression of BF franchise by playing it again.

Everyone is going mental over Battlefield 6 and I just want to remind the Battlefield Community that we got screwed with 2042. We were denied refunds for the absolute disgrace of a release and BETA. The BETA of 2042 was absolute RUBBISH for a battlefield game, of course after release, it has improved tremendously. Yeah we all saw with battlefield 6 it's what everyone is wanting. Then you go and raise the price of Battlefield 6, an extra 10 Dollars more then you did with 2042 So after everything EA and the rest of the team stuffed up, You expect me, to just fork out over $100 dollars AUD again, when you denied refunds? When you deny refunds for people who try to get one, mind you I have proof of submitting multiple Refunds, all removed by EA. Then after all that, You show no support to those who stuck by ya still playing 2042 How about giving back to the community you screwed over by offering those with 2042 a 30-50% discount for BF6 considering you did absolutely nothing for anyone who stuck by ya. It would be a nice way to say sorry about the previous release and we hope you will jump in the new one. I would like that refund I have been waiting for since BETA of 2042. that way i can just get BF6. But 30-50% discount would be a good incentive. And keep in mind folks, they chuck free copies to streamers, yet deny refunds to paying customers.Make Irish's Trophy system usable again
Currently the Trophy is useless. Since the nerf the Trophy system APS-36 can only intercept the next equipment Frag grenades Flash grenades Mini grenades Incendiary grenades Spring grenade Anti-tank grenade Trowable motion sensor Grenade launcher and under-barrel grenade launchers Ghostmaker R10's explosive bolt The problem here is that (almost and depending on the map) nobody uses grenades because of how terrible they are, so most players (me included) only use the smoke grenades, The trophy system nowadays only stops grenades, which almost nobody is using! There is basically no reason to pick Irish except on close distance maps such as Censored and stadium where you can occasionally kind of make it work on a choke point or in a blind spot from the enemy team Here are my suggestions: 1-. Proximity deactivation Reverse the neft for the Trophy system but the trophy gets completely deactivated when a vehicle enters inside a radius of 50 meters. 2-. Objective guardian If the first suggestion is not viable then reverse the neft for the Trophy system, but only inside capture points. The main reason of why Irish got nerfed was because lame people were doing a lame game-style: Camping with the wildcat on a hill with trophy's protecting them from not only rocket launchesr from infantry, but also from aircraft. With either suggestions the main purpose of the nerf still stands. with the benefit of not deleting half of Irish's kit please not let irish be useless
Which Tier 1 items are you working on?

Helicopter gameplay is near damn impossible
Hi. It's really getting out of hand. It's too spammy. Best i've had 4 TV dodge at once but eventually i loose to them cause i has nowhere to go, i can't counter cause person(s) that use, is hidden. So, what are my options now here? Small backstory, i am good pilot and have been piloting since bf3. It's just next level annoyance and penalty for me is to wait and stare screen to get another helo. It can go from 2mins to half game, is it really worth it? When infantry drops, his wait time is 5 seconds and then continues.
battlepass
this is a nightmare to grind, to be frank, I have a full time job already and it's annoying to get the su25 and blascos outfit will most likely never be obtain..two points per match is far to little... can you please let us have the option to buy out the pass it's not fair us gamers who work long hours lose out to such items. this pass is soul destroying honestly, we should not have to go to great lengths to obtain such items. games are for fun not a job, please ea let us buy out the pass..
I forgot how awful I was at this game
So I decided to reinstall BF2042 and do a little bit of grinding on the battle pass to get a few camos, just mess around, that sort of thing. Now I'm remembering why I quit playing. 130 hours in, level 93-94, and I'm just AWFUL. Can't win a single gunfight. Can't get near an objective without somebody I never see stepping out and killing me instantly. Insta-deaths abounding. I admit I wasn't doing great on the BF6 beta but I was doing better than this! I stick my head up out of cover, I just die instantly, and not always to snipers either. Not quite sure what to do, tbh. I'm an objective player, I like supporting the team with revives and heals and ammo, and flag caps and all that rather than just grabbing for kills, but it's not like I can help my team out when I'm going 1-12, y'know? Has the playstyle changed since season 2 or so? I'm not accusing anybody of cheating but man the playerbase that's left here is freaking GOOD.
Pc goes to stand by mode while playing bf2042
Guys i installed bf 2042 couple of days back. While playing it goes off . Black screen stand by mode and cant wake up until it will be restarted from power supply button. Had 2042 beforee with no issue. Playn several games same time an bo issue what so ever. Cleaned up everything changet thermal passt but same issue. Donu gave any idea what it can be?
Has anyone else's progress on 2042 reset after playing beta?
Seems as if my whole game has started over. I had unlocked everything, after the beta I went to play 2042 and all my stuff was locked again and I'm starting as if I were new to the game. Had this happened to anyone else or just me? I'm not mad or anything, it's a new challenge but it was kinda frustrating.
64p Conquest doesn't seem to include BF3 maps?
When queueing into this mode, I haven't seen any of the BF3 maps. I keep seeing only the 128p maps downgraded to 64p. It's been 2 months since I've queued into any of them. I get why DICE does this, but like, DICE... nobody enjoys playing the 64p versions of 128p maps. Everyone loves the 64p intentional maps like Caspian Border, Noshahr, Reclaimed, Haven, etc. I know it's late int he games lifecycle, but can we modify the matchmaking to heavily heavily heavily prioritize the actual 64p maps? I am so tired of cancelling matchmaking after getting 64p renewal for the 10th time in a row. Or at the very least, make the servers have a map rotation. DICE, people like map variety, and currently, a good 25% of your maps are nearly invisible. Again, I haven't seen any of the BF3 or CQC maps in 64p conquest in 2 months. Why do I keep seeing Kaleidoscope and Renewal and Manifest?
Urgent Concerns Regarding Cronus Zen and Cheating on EU Servers (PlayStation)
Dear EA Representatives, I am writing as a dedicated player who has been playing your game for nearly three years. I’d like to express my growing frustration regarding the rampant increase in cheaters, particularly those using the Cronus Zen device. This device is being widely used, especially on PlayStation servers in Europe, and it is severely damaging the experience for new players. Many newcomers, after being repeatedly killed by cheaters using Cronus Zen, simply give up and quit the game — understandably discouraged by such an unfair environment. This not only harms the current player base but also prevents the growth of a game that already has a limited community. Despite reporting around 14 players who were clearly using Cronus Zen, all of my reports have been closed without any follow-up or clear action. It makes me wonder — is using Cronus Zen now the only way to compete in this game? I am more than willing to provide usernames of players using this device on European servers. Some of them are even streaming themselves using Cronus Zen live on popular video platforms, clearly showing how they fire without recoil to gain an unfair advantage and attract followers through cheating. If you wish, I can also share links to these players and their streams with your team. Frankly, this situation has made me lose the motivation to play. It’s frustrating to see blatant cheating go unchecked, while legitimate players are pushed away. Do you have any plans to take serious action against Cronus Zen users? Will there be stronger enforcement going forward? I also understand a new game is in development. However, many of us fear that this issue will carry over unless there are major improvements to anti-cheat systems. Lastly, I want to highlight the current state of European servers, especially on PlayStation. During the daytime, it's extremely difficult to find matches — a clear sign of player base decline. Are there any plans to address this? This game still has great potential, but without action and transparency, it may not survive much longer. Sincerely,
